1500 Meters Row

Lets Start:

Kettlebells or dumbbells

25 knees together squats(try to tap the floor/chest tall)

25 Bentover rows (elbows tight to side)

50 KB Swings

Repeat 3x

 

3min spin bike hard standing all legs

50 situps

50 isolated cross crunch elbow to opposite knee

50 up down planks(hands to elbow)

45 sec plank hold

Repeat 3x
