Its hard to ask your body to change if you never change anything up!  Thats right, the same ole routine day in day out and you wonder why am I not seeing any definition why are my muscles still look fluffy?


lets try some new exercises with cardio mixed in!


warm up 1 mile speed walk or row machine 1500 meters


cable machine:

25 straight arm pull downs - 30 sec mountain climbers

20 each side wood choppers - 1 min plank

3 min arc trainer/ellipitical

rinse and repeat 4x - change weight as needed


10 pushups wide 5 close - 10 vinyasa flows



15 tricep extensions

100 jump jacks

15 tricep overhead press

50 jump jacks

rinse and repeat 3x


1 min box jumps - 1 min skaters

30 min or 3 miles of cardio
