Its hard to ask your body to change if you never change anything up! Thats right, the same ole routine day in day out and you wonder why am I not seeing any definition why are my muscles still look fluffy?
lets try some new exercises with cardio mixed in!
warm up 1 mile speed walk or row machine 1500 meters
25 straight arm pull downs - 30 sec mountain climbers
