A Healthy Gut vs A Strong Core: How can you have one without the other?
As you step out of the shower you catch a glimpse of yourself in the full size mirror, you stop for minute second guessing who you see in the reflection. How could this be? How can I look so so so fluffy? The fact is we can exercise and eat healthy and still carry a little extra around the belt line.
Fitness or Bikini competitors and bodybuilders design their bodies specifically for competition, you can see endless videos of them working out with weights, right? I go to the gym everyday and don't look like that, sound familiar? Well, what you don't see is the endless hours of food preparation and posing sessions! Yes POSING sessions! They walk and move with intention all day then have 4+ hours of posing each week. Contracting the muscles, holding them in place, developing and designing the small intrinsic muscles to give them the pulled in abs... we will learn more about moving with intention and the amazing benefits at the seminar March 22 :)
